Do you think women these days can really "have it all?"
According to a recent report from USA Today, women make up
more than half of the population of the United States and they’re nearly half
of the workforce. But women only make up four percent of CEOs and 17 percent of
board members—and they only earn about 77 cents for every dollar men make.
"Almost no one
understands that women have made no progress at the top in 10 years — that is
true of any industry and government," Sheryl
Sandberg told USA Today. "I want to change the conversation from what
(women) can't do to what we can do."
Sandberg, who helped build Facebook to the
multibillion-dollar company it is today, is looking to build a new women’s
movement.
